Our Solid 5lb Aluminum Revision Warm Up bar has been engineered and designed to mimic warming up with barbell but at only 5 lbs. Knurling and knurling marks are the same distance and measurements as our Revision multipurpose barbells. Dual hand markings that are IWF and IPF spec'd.
